The Queensland Ballet is excited to hit the road again to spread the magic of ballet with people of all ages and abilities in Charleville in July as part of their 2023 Community Regional Tour. Young dancers aged 2–17 years, adults and senior participants, as well as school and dance teachers are invited to join Queensland Ballet for a range of inclusive workshops to explore the wonderful world of ballet.

Children from ages 6 –17 years will delight in tailored ballet workshops delivered by Queensland Ballet’s highly skilled teaching artists. Queensland Ballet is offering inspiring classes for adults of all ages, with a focus on improving poise, core strength, memory and mobility.

QB Petit Pointers is Queensland Ballet’s early years dance program, with lessons set within a framework of storytelling, exploration and artistic play. Educators and dance teachers can join Queensland Ballet’s expert Teaching Artists for our inspiring Teacher Professional Development sessions.

Queensland Ballet’s Ballet for Seniors Program is a tailored program for aging adults. Classes focus on improving poise, core strength, memory and mobility.

The workshops will take place at Charleville Town Hall and run from Wednesday 5th - Friday 7th July 2023
