Membership

The Libraries in Charleville, Augathella and Morven receive new and different titles each quarter to ensure that Library stock is up to date, the Charleville Library houses approximately 7000 titles. Any book or information not held at the library may be requested from the State Library.

Ask any rural librarian about becoming a Rural Libraries Queensland Tourist Member and borrow books across the state.

First Five Forever Reading Program

 

First 5 Forever 

First 5 Forever is a family literacy program which is aimed at supporting families in developing strong literacy and language foundations for children aged 0-5 before they start they start kindy. The Charleville Library holds a children’s Storytime every   Wednesday, 10:00am at the Charleville Library for children aged 0-5 years. Come along and meet other families for a fun filled Storytime session of rhymes storytelling, singing, dancing and activities.
