Air Tours of Outback Queensland
South-West Air Service regularly conduct tours of Outback Queensland.
Visit places like Innamincka, and Birdsville or fly into Carnarvon Gorge. You can even take a 20 minute scenic flight over Charleville for only $70 per person (minimum of two people), extended flights are also available, price on application.
Birdsville - Buy $600 beef burgers and Outback Air Tours will fly you to Birdsville to eat them. Starting at 7.30am, your day trip includes "smoko" at teh famous Birdsville Pub, a tour of the John Menzies working museum; back to the pub for lunch to eat your burger, capped off with a walking tour of the town. Leave Birdsville at 2pm and arrive back in Charleville at 4.30pm.
